Order

• Sugary Cupcakes© will accept orders from Monday to Sunday, 9am – 9pm, except for public holidays.
• You can choose to hand in, call or e-mail your orders.
• Make sure you fill in all your personal details clearly. Any unreadable forms will not be entertained.
• Call 012-6716676 to place an order or e-mail to sugarycupcakes@live.com.my .Call 012-6716676 immediately to inform after after placing orders.
• Payment can be made by cash, E-Banking or ATM transfer.
• It is important for you to call us to confirm date, product availability & order & any questions regarding your order for smooth ordering process and customer satisfaction.
• All orders must be placed at least 7 days in advance. The earlier the better!

Payment

• Full payment is required after placing orders. For hand in orders, you can pay by cash, credit cards are not accepted. For call and e-mail, we will give you our bank account details, your orders will only be processed after you e-mail your payment receipt. Please include your name and contact number on the receipt and call us immediately to inform payment and confirm your order.
• Make sure your decisions are final and order form is double checked. No changes or cancellation can be made once order has been confirmed.

Pick Up

• Pick Ups are made from Monday – Sunday, 9am – 9pm, around Subang Jaya (around USJ & SS) and Kuala Lumpur (around Setapak & Genting Klang).
• Pick Up day, time and location must be confirmed during order. We cannot guarantee we are able to fully meet your requirements, due to fully booked or packed pick up schedules.
• Sugary Cupcakes© will not be liable for late or non-pick-up of the cupcakes in the following circumstances: (i) customer not present at time of pick up, (ii) customer can’t be contacted to be informed of late pick up or reschedule, (iii) customer late for pick up for more than 30 minute. No request of refund will be entertained.
• Customer is responsible for their own timely pick up. All cupcakes that are not collected within 3 days will be discarded and no refund will be given.
• Make sure you check the cupcake conditions during pick up. After pick up, customer has full responsibility of the cupcake, no complains about design damage will be entertained, and no refund or replacement.
